Grosvenor has an unblemished Health and Safety record and is widely recognised within the industry for our commitment towards maintaining best practice health and safety principles on our sites.
The Client has specific responsibilities in order to comply with current Health and Safety regulations ‘Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2007’.
Being a complex document, Grosvenor undertakes the role of CDM Coordinator and will assist the Client in meeting their specific responsibilities and ensure all other Health and Safety obligations are met for the office fit out or office refurbishment project.
The CDM Coordinator role will be undertaken by our Health and Safety Manager. He is responsible for preparing the Pre-construction Information and Construction Phase Project Safety Plan to meet CDM regulations.
Our Health and Safety Manager provides advice and assistance with the implementation of the organisations Health and Safety Policy and all safety related issues.
Ultimate responsibility for Grosvenor’s safety matters rests with the Grosvenor’s Head of Construction.
Grosvenor has an unrivalled Health and Safety record upholding best practice Health and Safety principles on all our sites.
All of our Construction and Site Managers are fully qualified and certified in Health and Safety management.
The Grosvenor Health and Safety Manager undertakes weekly reviews of all Grosvenor sites to ensure that full compliance with all Health and Safety Legislation is achieved and safe working environments are maintained during the course of the project.
Reports are distributed to all Project Team members and available for review onsite.
We employ the services of an external Health and Safety Consultancy, Safety Services (UK) Ltd who provide independent monitoring of site activity, advice and assistance and are Grosvenor’s appointed Health and Safety training provider throughout the project.
