Crucial to every project are our three main build contractors with whom we have been working with for so long that we operate as a single in-house team. They do most the physical work on site, so we have plenty of contingency as we have all the trades at our fingertips, e.g. electricians to floor layers, partition erectors to mechanical engineers - all who ensure our project planning and budgeting are the best in the industry.
While we take overall responsibility for delivering your office as agreed with you, on time and within budget, one of the three building contractors who have been working with us regularly for years will undertake the office fit out and office refurbishment for your new office.
The sub-contractors we work with are, like us, small, owner-managed firms that have the same ethos as us – they will do whatever it takes to exceed your expectations. Unlike many contractors, who bring in subcontractors and project and site managers for each job as and when, ours are working with each other day in, day out for years, thus ensuring completion dates with zero-snagging.
